wow...some valid points there for sure. we think the same way but, i probably would not have put it so harshly.
the other thing is, the "rich" people are the ones who own all the businesses which not only pay most of the taxes that support all the programs we do have, they give people jobs. you make it harder for those guys to make a buck, the first thing they'll do is layoff employees.
having a society where there are no rich people or poor people and the government sees to it that no one is in need sounds like a great idea but, it doesn't work in reality. just ask gorbachev.
